There is any way to edit animation skills??? I mean skill colors , effects , effect time and more.

No, there's not something like that. I guess that's why google didn't give you any result.

So there is no way to edit skills from animations???

No there isn't because the skills are hidden on texture files systexture files and lineageffect.u & lineageskilleffect.u so you can't edit .u files at least there's not any programm like this till now except Hex but you can't do much etc.
