some skins are unavailable how i can unlock them? i mean like some skins of corki some skins of sivir and others

These skins are either limited, very old or not released yet. There is no way to get them.

 

However, there are a few that can be bought from eBay or by attending Riot events.

When you go in eBay chech their feedbacks. They guy that i buyed mine skin had 100% feedback in 600 customers lol ;d
