Is this somekind of a RP Bug?

I just bought 839 RP with a Paypal of 5 Euros.I had 156 RP in my account so my RPs went to:

 

839+156 = 995

 

So I bought the new skin of Ashe of 975 RP cost.Okay, good until now?

 

So, here's the thing.WHY IS THERE 993 RP left in my account?WTF?
