Ardamax keylogger 2.9 problem

Hi,please don't laugh at me for posting this, i am just a beginner :D

So i got it,registrated and tryed to configure...and i that step,where i have to put my email in (to get logs by email) i stuck on

SMTP Host: (what should i write in that field) ??? and what emails use? yahoo,gmail or what ?

because when i try to TEST it it says me that [ failed to connect to SMTP server . socket is not connected ] ?

 

Where is the problem ?  ???

change your e-mail service. To be honest, hotmail or yahoo doesn't accept any connections from IPs(that's the error I get).Try some different email services.

what do tou mean retail ? hmm,can offer the best one? because i dont know nothing about them ;) just beginner in this :P
