Well, I Just Found It.. Anyway I Think U Install It And Then Go To

 

Start > All Programs > AutoVoter

 

And You Press It And I Think It Votes The Server You Have Patched Every 12 Hours..

this is not a tool to make auto voting program from your server..

this is for ragezone... ragezone forum makes this auto voter to get more votes in top game sites and etc so pls one mod lock the topic..
