What do you think makes you lose most of the times?

My personal performance.Since I play carry the most of the times (talking about rank games cause I've not played normal games as much as ranked lately) the team depends on my damage.Sometimes, I get too greedy and try getting kills which will actually make me die.Turret diving at early level, initiating first into fights etc.

 

But the team has a great role in that.How can someone win with a jungler doing nothing apart from killing neutral camp minions?With a mid laner who's got a score of 0-3 at minute 10?With a solo top with 50 minions at minute 20?...
