[Freya]L2J Server Need Help with Olympiad buffer

Please any1 can help to solve this problem?

When people log in oly and try to take buffs from the Olympiad buffer, they cant take

For example, I press buff Haste, and nothing happens

Wrong section anyway go in your DB, npc_buffer table there should be all olympiad host buffs, if not add them by yourself.
