If you know how to edit the user.ini file:

 

1) Add/replace alliases at the top of the file:

Aliases[30]=(Command="rmode 1 | show terrain | set input MiddleMouse rm5",Alias="rm1")

Aliases[31]=(Command="rmode 5 | show terrain | set input MiddleMouse rm1",Alias="rm5")

 

2) Somewhere at the middle of the file:

LeftMouse=PlayerPawnMoveTo

RightMouse=CameraRotationOn | UseAutoTrackingPawnOff | StopMouse | CameraRotationOff OnRelease | UseAutoTrackingPawnOn OnRelease | MoveMouse OnRelease | OnRelease set Engine.LineagePlayerController MaxZoomingDist 10000 | OnRelease set Engine.LineagePlayerController MinZoomingDist -10000

;RightMouse=CameraRotationModeOn | CameraRotationModeOff

;MiddleMouse=CameraRotationModeOn | CameraRotationModeOff

;MiddleMouse=FixedDefaultCamera

;End=FixedDefaultCamera

MiddleMouse=rm1

(also turns off the rightclick reset camera and a pretty far zoom in/out)

On a sidenote, holding rightmouse button while doing the first turn on and off of this client mod will make the next clicks not rotate your camera anymore.
