wanna try this server and when i open game and try to start this error i have

Please somebody help me out here... I really wanna start play l2 at this server with few friends,but they ofc doesnt have Windows 7. This is my problem i really dont know how to fix it.

 

EDIT: Just found that i have directx 11,should i change it or something like that? And how i do it ? Because i see something written for Version 8.1b

well server looks good and have online 500+ but bad thing is that in 5 days ppl got  +6 7 8  S weapons that is NOT normal for a fresh server, server will die in 1 mounth , keep in touch
