Notepad++ or just notepad. C is one of the most powerful languages in the world. Keep in mind the memory usage and be careful with those "Segmentation Faults" ;D

Thanks guys!. Btw I'd also like to have a program for the future. Do you have any links for DragonFireSDK? I can't find links anywhere. I'd buy it but it requires a -beep-ing credit card in order to pay..

He probably wants a compiler + IDE.

In case you need what Hax0r says:

 

Code your programs in .c files and compile them with gcc (unix C compiler) command and you'll be fine.
