no i was not the gm on l2 rebirth.

Actually i noticed that the rates are over x10 so it means its a high rate server anyway,  in all high rate servers there are gm shops and buffers so anyway there is no meaning to put up such questions and anyway why high rate ???

There are at least 2000 high rate servers with population of 50 people and 300

i wonder why people select to be a part of that joke

Anyway i know its not my concern i was just wondering :)
