4lvl vitality

Hello guys. I heard that is possible to keep full vitality at 79 or even higher level without waiting offline 4 days. I heard it's smth with die - ress. can u help me, how to fill 4lvl vit fast? :)

the only way i know is buying a vitality cake

go to aden buy a buff steal talisman and enter a duel with the person you whant to take it from cast the spell and you have a vitality buff

read l2.ws forum and u will see, that ppl who plays 20h per day can keep 4lvl almost non stop
