if you decide to buy a DS Console

don't buy any from the new ones try to find the DS Lite its better and more hackable.

Simulator's "touch screen" sucks xd. They're for Classic, Colour and Advance games only, though you cannot battle/trade with others (Pokemon)

Yes first you have to download this emulator:

Then you have to download the pokemon ruby rom or the pokemon sapphire rom:
