Just l2disarm + imagination + time to spend :).

 

PD: i use l2disarm to look as hexagecimal  or binary or decimal codes modifying a ddf, but u can use any Hex editor and look for a pattern ->> (imagination).

Enchant glow in GOD is in weaponenchanteffectdata.dat
