Vip Donating ---Still waiting since 2- weeks

To site admins...Hi how are you.  You have your site set up to donate but not set up to get the reward.  In other words i am still waiting to get the vip membership status.  I msged maxtor the donation details but still havn't received any replies to whats taking so long or if i am missing anything.  So please site admins incharge of donation or vip membership let me know what you need from me so i can get vip status...
