[Request] cloak as an acessory (hat, mask, etc)

Hello, i have recently tried to mod a bit.. havent been able to do much besides switching weapon textures and glows. I tried using search and going threw this section and the [share] section but wasnt able to find anything.

 

What i mean by acessory would be, that when i equip a assassin bambo hat for exemple.. i would see a  cape instead, does such a thing exist? is it even possible? if yes, pls do give me a hint on how to approach this xD.
