[Help] Installer is stucked (?)

Hey, I'm on a friend's of mine pc and trying to install LoL.

 

I downloaded the installer, run it but I guess it has stucked for like 15 mins. It's the second time I try it.

Any idea?

 

The installer is just in the start and it says "Executing pre installation actions".

 

 

P.S PC's OS is Windows Vista if that matters.
