Cursed Weapons,Glows WTF?

I downloaded 2 packs from different men,and there were on screenshots pictures like this.

 

 

But when I add them to client and see it in DevMode there every time the same,every time this glow,

 

 

I can't understand why it is not this glow,WHY?

Excuse me but those Duals are enchanted... Pawn viwer as far as i know doesnt show enchants... Correct me if im wrong
