She is  viable until 27~ After  27 you need to be skilled to achieve a Victory with her.

dont ww

cause ww needs runes so much or he is unplayable

same for zhao

Im not even 30 and i dont have any runes,and i cant complain about ww or about xin neither.

I would buy akali and not kata shes better.
