Their name is  Agathion Auxiliary Stone and there are 2 types

 

For weapons from D grade to S grade

For armor from D grade to S grade

Every type of stone gives another % to your enchant

Those are the rates

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Armor D - +35% rate of sucess

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Armor C - +27% rate of sucess

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Armor B - +23% rate of sucess

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Armor A - +18% rate of sucess

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Armor S - +15% rate of sucess

 

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Weapon D - +20% rate of sucess

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Weapon C - +18% rate of sucess

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Weapon B - +15% rate of sucess

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Weapon A - +12% rate of sucess

Agathion Auxiliary Stone: Enchant Weapon S - +10% rate of sucess

 

Be careful

You can use them only from +3 to +9

they have renamed them since they were a new year item so they made them weapon/armor Enhance Backup Stone
