HELP - Skills new char missing

I have a problem on my server ,

Passive skills like magicians movement and spellcraft , level 1 mystics don't have it .

but if you sub a mage for example they got the skills , what can be the problem , i checked database , and skills_trees are good for all mystics lvl 1.

Try a //give_all_skills (on the new char, not sub) and tell if it works.

 

It's surely linked to character creation anyway. More critical, it could be related to distribution of skills.

 

If you use a pack other than L2J/L2JFree, consider cry on their forum. And if the pack got no support, consider changing of pack.
