Hello. I've a server and I want to public him. I don't know what should I do. I think I must change something in the system, but I don't know what. Can you help me? Thanks.

Learn java, sql and then start developing.

But in order to make it public you will need to 1) open ports 2)make no-ip 3)edit ip config (if freya) /add noip 4)edit system with no-ip

Don't need no-ip if you have static IP.
