Downloading the client.

You could download the client by going on the Lineage 2 Korean Website. However, it could be very painful for somebody non used to Korean site, especially this one where you SHOULD use Internet Explorer to go through it. So I'll give you direct link.

Create a new folder in your computer, and download those files :

All thos files are light, except data2.cab and data3.cab which have a size of 4Go more or less. You will need around 8Go to download the install program, and a bit less than 15Go to install the game (14.6Go on my computer exactly)

When those filles are download, launch the setup.exe file and follow the installation. Here are some screens if you need them

 

After this step, the game is installed but not updated. You need to go to the installation patch, and launch Lineage2.exe. The patcher may download some files, and then click on the big red button to launch the game (the Patcher button are the same than English buttons, only the text changes)

When the game start, you will see Gameguard updating. This update may take several minutes, and it's totally normal. You will see at the top of your window when you minimize all others windows a windo like the following one. Just wait.

After this step, the game will be launched, and you would be ready to play !

I recommend making several update with the updater, I got 4 in a row in two hours. Don't forget it's a Korean PTS, a lot of things change !

Please note you SHOULD use Internet Explorer, since the Korean website has several limitation for others browsers. I don't know if it works or not with any browser, but it's perfect with Internet Explorer

First go to https://id.plaync.co.kr/NCID/Account/Re ... ement.aspx If you don't trust direct link, go to plaync, and then click on the left link under the big blue ball.
