L2 Critical Damage On Screen

Guyz i saw a video on youtube with a ghost hunter

 

on every critical hit  the damage was dispayed  on the screen with red color

 

any one knows what patch is that?

 

if some know any server with this patch give me the website so i can download the system and replace the log in ip
