Its one of the best, however in case of a ddos attack they will take your server offline and tell you to deal with it on your own.

Good company but not enough if you plan something really big - you can't rely on their support.

 

Also they null-route your server in case of a small DDoS or a port scan by your server, without prior warning.

 

Many times they rebooted my server without me asking them to do so, or even check the server, because they couldn't ping it. I had disabled ICMP on purpose. Because of those reboots I had major data loss.
