Did I misunderstand? It seems like useless bug.

From what I can tell u said this:

 

1. go oly match

2. use frenzy in the match

3. end match, go town

4. "your skill 20 % reuse but click say 30 % hp low"

 

... and? U cant use it again cause it's in reuse.

l2jfrozen applied this cide to thier source, it Resets all reuse delays once you enter olympiad

yes but no all skill .. and pack have bug reuse skill  your miracle can reuse 0 sec  hm and miracle time can make 2x ;d but low rate for bug 20/1 time work
