I don't think he is good at anything. His damage is very weak, unless you build glass cannon, which is retarded for a melee. Also, his CC is not even noticeable.

 

His jungling is ok, but his ganks are just bad.

There's nothing he can provide into teamfights apart from dragging an enemy with his ulti into his team.But after that, he's totally useless.
