Does anyone know how can i make a belt from normal belt to pvp defense like this one or where can i find it?

Come on guys ... no1 knows how to get the freaking PVP belt ... i heard on the server that i'm playing that's something about TW(Territory Wars) But no1 tells exactly what you have to do. //waiting an answer >.>

PvP belt are custom items, we mean normal belt with SA.
