Well this is a trick that i found on L2 Mafia..

TO MAKE IT WORK YOU NEED AN L2 INTERLUDE SERVER WITH DYNASTY WEAPONS ..

 

1st Go to shop and buy This Weapon : Dynasty Spear : Critical Stun (<--- abillity)

2nt Wear it and open your actives.. i mean your skills ALT + K  :o

3nd You will see a skill called Special Abillity : Critical stun ..

 

4nd Now you know what to do Target some on and use that skill and brake their nervers
