place it in scripts/custom for that Create new Floder called InfoManager place there the java file aka InfoManager create a html called main place there the html code.

 

add it in scripts.cfg

 

add npc to sql via navicat phpmyadmin or whatever.

 

adjust the html windows  for your needs

sure np, i make one once i am back from. Just create a new Npc Instance that extends L2NpcInstance, change the code a bit and you got your InfoManager its not that hard.
