Adding to the Crystal Scroll, have also enchant percentage...

Version Freya.

Crystal Scroll no work.. :(

wanted to make a configuration with 3 enchant on my server.

example:

Enchant = 60%

BlessedEnchant = 70%

CrystalEnchant = 100% ( but not working )

Simply put numbers only, without % as Agelos_DSF  said.
