About berseker buff,maybe it's needed for speed(to reach the enemies) but i don't recommend it

use aggresive buffs. and just 1 berz is enough (if server has many mages then no berz at all) always have pain of shilien on, deflect arrow (++ for extra def) and u will be morre than ok

Try to find enchanted COV @ Speed

POW > COV in freya , it gives more critical rate than COV

But COV has +20% critical damage, so COV is better on shillen templar.

 

Only use POW on duelist or tyrant (fighters).

 

Since a lot of ppl will attack tankers (you use agression and provoke), use counter critical! It'll reduce a lot of the critical damge you get, and when it activates (7 sec), it'll increase 100% your critical damage.. perfect with spirit!

 

About buffs, you can get sharp edge too (dwarf) and you can risk getting 2 berserks (dance and buff), but mages will be a big problem (the others chars you just get spirit and recover your hp hittin them). You can always use shield deflect magic to give back the magic damage, but since you can't have it all the time, try to kill them fast. If it doesn't work, take 1 berserk off. And getting concentration, acumen, dance renewal and gift seraphim will help to use spirit more (30% p.atk/atk speed, 30 speed and 40% life steal), but only use these buffs if the server has like 16 dance/song slots and 36 buff slots.
