DreaM Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 As we all know wow model viewer is a good old program that takes its info out from your wow folder and can display things like creatures, spells, effects and many more by selecting them from a menu. Heres is the link for the download http://www.wowmodelviewer.org/ Uintil lately yesterday i found out that u could set the database to the test realms. Open the wow model viewer. Go to options>settings. There should be some links in the box like C:/Programs/world of warcraft/Data/patch.mpq or something like that. Now click on Add. Locate your WoW folder and open Your WOw test directory. (default name of directory wow test) when in here open "Data" directory. Here there should be around 2 files. 1 directory and 1 Patch-Mpq-3. Select the Mpq-3 file and press ok. now this file should have been added to your database list. Now once more click Add. go to exactly same folder as before but open the directory EnGB. Or EnUS or whatever the name of the directory is just something with "EN" in here the should also be a file called "patch-Mpq-3" press this file and click ok. And voila now you Model viewer can also view test realm models. Try take a look at "Kil'Jaeden, Kael'thas broken.
