hy all.i play AC 2 and i reached somewhere at the end of the game,but i have to reinstal windows and i will loose my game and my save file.Can anyone tell me where i find the folder with the save file?

For example at NFS Hot Pursuit it`s here: C:\Documents and Settings\PuMaBoY\My Documents\Criterion Games\Need for Speed Hot Pursuit\Save

but for AC 2 i cant find it.pls help me asap
