Γενικά όλοι οι οδηγοί που υπάρχουν κάπως έτσι είναι με μερικές μικροαλλαγές. Εγώ θα σου έλεγα να το κρατήσεις έτσι σαν menu.php και να το κάνεις include στο index.php σου, μέσα στο index.php κάνε include και head,header,footer,slider ότι θες και στην θέση του main content βάλε το $page. Βέβαια το ίδιο μπορείς να κάνεις με το header, footer κτλπ, μπορεί να μην το χρειάζεσε αλλά για μελλοντική χρήση. Έτσι δεν θα έχεις ενα δυναμικό menu μόνο αλλά όλο το site!

Φίλε εσύ θες dynamic site. Μια λύση που σου πρωτείνω είναι η asp. Κάθε κομμάτι τις σελίδα σου που θες να είναι shared πάρε το code και χώστο σε ξεχωριστό αρχείο, έπειτα φτιάξε ενα SiteLayout που θα περιέχει μέσα τα shared σου και στο κομμάτι που θες να είναι dynamic βάλε ενα RenderBody(). Έπειτα σε κάθε σελίδα που θα φτίαχνεις θα επιλέγεις για SiteLayout αυτό που έχεις φτιάξει πιο πρίν, οπότε σε κάθε νέα σελίδα θα βάζεις απο code μόνο αυτό που θες να είναι Dynamic. Είναι εύκολος τρόπος και μπορείς χωρίς αρκετές γνώσεις να τον πραγματοποιήσεις με razor syntax (cshtlm).
