Maybe you didn't get it yet, but voter by itself is USELESS. It's the ip's that matter and THOSE are EXTREMELY hard to come by. Unless you have a botnet (like I do) or a list or PRIVATE proxies the voter you made is as good as crap. Fotislol is a good example. I am NOT selling just a voter. I am selling a voter that is INTEGRATED WITH MY BOTNET. Get it now why it's so good? Because you don't have to fuck around with any proxy scanning, proxy verification and then proxy timing out. You start the voter, you select a server and press vote. It's THAT easy.

Just to be clear, kadar is probably the LEAST corrupted person when it comes to topsite admins. I'm the best person to tell you that. I make votes for lots of servers and hopzone is the only server I DO NOT vote on because of MY choice. He inspects all the votes on every server by hand, making sure there's no fake votes being done there. Something other sites either do not do or just don't care. If you want a legit toplist, hopzone is as close as it gets.
