That's not always right. With Ice Vortex you get less c.speed. Plus that naturally a Mystic Muse has more WIT than a SoulTaker. If the Mystic Muse also uses cancellation you're a dead man =]

Depends on the server,and what you're facint In most cases Mystic Muse and then Soul Taker. MM is one of the top PvP chars on L2Off. In a pvp server in full buffs,dyes,boss jewels condition not many chars can face a Mystic Muse or a SoulTaker on open pvp. Cancellation,IceVortex,Frost Bolt You're Dead xD
