ok thanks, but i wanna know if somebody can confirm if these skills can stack, al least Sos with BM

hi guys, i got a question for you. I'm playing a Freya server, and i'm tank. I just wanna know if the skill from Vanguard : Boost Morale can stack with Sos/Flame icon, cuz i'm sure that can be. Also, Toe can stack with boost morale, but in my server sos/FI they can't.
