Well that depends on the performer. Jiu Jitsu has much different rules than boxing and Muay Thai or full contact Muay Thai. Hmm but now that I think of it I would prefer Boxing though Boxing matches are fixed at the moment. Boxing heavyweight is the best for the school or... I dont know wherever you want to use it.
