what if a server gives you the same item without ench, is there another way to enchant or bypass

Hey guys! I was going through Private servers and noticing that most of server's enchant safe/max are 7/25 <----which in my opinion is imbalanced. So please leave your preferred safe/max here and hopefully some people will see this and change their server's safe/max This is how a reply should look like: My preferred safe-3 My preferred max-16 Thanks for your time

if i dont modify the ench will stay at 0 and i get the same item again :S

make a wipe, so people who played before, (if people did play it before) dont have an advantage because they enchanted their stuff before the fix
