in officjal side of this server is written: "Max Level 80 full Interlude live! High Rate PvP Lineage II Private Server Server Rates: 5000x 5000x 15000x Enchants Rates: Max +50 65% Safe +25" so rate of enchatn is 75% or 65% ;p

if u have pvp is better have +20% c.spd then +20% or 50% to m.power but low c.spd what for u need m.atak when 50% casting is interupted?? i prefer +c.spd ;p
