Buff slots dont matter so much if mages are set to hit 1k attacks even with full resists. So it depends on the "developers" too.

nvm,yeh atk speed is fixed. Hex doesnt work.Hard to land and when it lands,no lowering in pdef. Power break doesnt work either.

lawl,gladi's sonic rage has crazy atk speed and reuse and it crits like 1-2 per 5 hits for over 1k. not normal. same with tyrant's sonic skill.
