I played a lil few days ago and I think that this is a home made server. And as a proof that this server won't last long, They don't have a normal domain .. If this server was for real (I mean not kids server), They would buy a domain and a server host (I don't know how to translate from 'Serverine' to ... :/ )

Mostly good PvP servers are made with max +16 and ~30 buff slots, not retail-like 24.. By the way good luck with your server :)
