Fixed it. Just had to install some patches. Works perfect now.

Yeah, i thought i binded the psa, for some reason it wont bind. First it binds but later it deletes itself. Trying to fix that now :/. Using UnrealEd 3.0

i appllied it to my source, but it didn't work, in some reasons, the code couldn't read the config for InClanEvent, after removing it there were other errors for InPartyEvent .... finally i gave up, so this code is not working >:(

soon, i realised, it's not working, the vote_ctf/tvt commands dont save the votes.
