As for current situation, being an admin in this person requires 1) Trust from Maxtor 2)Capable of beeing an 'admin' (in terms of moderating the forum firstly) 3)Having money to protect the forum Currently, you cant have 2 and 3 together, and 1 is mostly likely not happening None would be bothered by a second admin as long as he help it out, but its not likely to happen
