I finally made it but i havent any folder at appdata/roaming

I did that and now i cannot run Mysql <<Cannot create Windows service for MySQL.Error 0..I unistalled it and installed it again and again.I reboot my pc and nothing!!!!!!!!I will throw my pc out of my window

Hello guys.I have deleted C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\MySQL files accidentally and i cannot run successfully database installer...How can i restore them?I try reinstall Mysql but nothing.....Thanks!!!!!

When i pressed f for full instalation at Database Installer , it closed without fill tables at navicat...Please help
