Copy files : Engine.u , Engine.int , Engine.dll , and if you get again error copy and this: Core.dll , Core.u , Core.int .

You need a Engine.dll . Try to download from your server system and to put in clean system just Engine.dll.

Nab, i show you in this guide to remove your lagg/crash l2exe/stucks and more,some members dont know this part of guide. Btw with alt+p you will get a shit,you will not see npc/ppls/mobs from range.
