You can create a server with dynamic IP ... just go at NO-IP website and chose a free host ... smth like l2YourServer.no-ip.org ... after that put the fake IP in ipconfig and this is it! Don't forget to install NO-IP program, it's a little thing that keep stable your new IP. Also put in INI from System that l2YourServer.no-ip.org. Now you have a live server on a dynamic IP ^^

I have it on my tests PC but HDD is down ... idk what to do ... I can't install it on a live server pfff ...
