Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
I usually eat 5-6 times a day but breakfast...
I usually boil some eggs, a yogurt (never liquid milk, damages your heart) and some bread with "Βιτάμ" and Marmalade.
If I don't have time I at least eat some corn flakes and something from the nearest bakery... "τυρόπιτα" or "καλιτσούνι"
