premissions? how do i give premissions to it?

I have download it from official SSW-SSE-SSWS site (because i can't see it from here) and i have got 4 u a question... on 5.1 ver SSW i have sound but 6.0-6.1 ver i have problem with my sound!(Only in cs!)
